2. Service Description

iRankly is a SaaS platform of technical SEO tools that allows users to analyze redirects, meta tags, Core Web Vitals, hreflang, schema markup, canonical tags and AI visibility, among other features.

The service is offered in two tiers: Free and Pro, with the features and limits detailed on the Pricing page.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the service constitutes express acceptance of these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any condition, you must refrain from using the service.

4. Registration and Account

To access the tools you must create an account with a valid email address.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
Each account is personal and non-transferable.
iRankly reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

5. Plans and Billing

The Free plan is available indefinitely, subject to the established usage limits.
The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes where required by law.
If you exceed the 500 URLs/month limit on the Pro plan, an additional charge of $5 will apply per block of 500 extra URLs.
iRankly reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice to active users.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account.
After cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of the billed period.
No pro-rated refunds are made for unused periods, unless required by applicable law.
EU users have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, except where the service has already been used.

7. Acceptable Use

The following are expressly prohibited:

Using the service for illegal activities or activities that infringe third-party rights.
Attempting to overload, hack or compromise the security of the platform.
Reselling or redistributing access to the service without express authorization.
Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data in bulk.
Sharing accounts between multiple users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, source code, brands and logos of iRankly are the exclusive property of Lluis Enric Mayans or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

iRankly provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. iRankly shall not be liable for:

Data loss or service interruptions due to causes beyond our control.
SEO decisions made based on tool results.
Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

iRankly's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Service Availability

iRankly commits to maintaining reasonable service availability, but does not guarantee a specific SLA on the free plan. For the Pro plan, we work to maintain uptime above 99% monthly.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the Illes Balears (Spain).
